🔥 Ajay prefix v9 hotfix5 for winlator

- added dxvk gplasync 2.4-1
- fixed dsound cmd and added dsound from wine 9.13, wine 8.0.2, wine 8.18 and wine proton 9.0.2 (9.13 is for crashing fix)(usually default wine dsound is recommended)
- added vb6-vcredist(mfc42), may fix repack installer stuck
- added msvcrt patch from different wine(may fix crashing/may not work)
