🔥Ajay prefix v9 hotfix4 for winlator

- changed the installation method of prefix(ignore fake errors), now game registry won't be deleted , this fixed wine 4 start menu bug which was created by old prefix. install prefix in new container.
- added some fix and registry
- added mediafoundation, patch and other files
- added dxvoodoo wrapper, thanks to ingloriousscoundrel
- added public folder sync bat , read.txt
- added ib shortcut in the start menu.

Note - you can also install stuff  without installing prefix . Just extract start menu from the start_menu.7z and copy it anywhere
