TurnipZink, Hugo caches - 22.10.26

Not APK and not cache, but still: I made a script that puts all (except those t + z that are in the default cache) my auto-installers into start.  Works so far only on the Hugo cache.  To work, I took some lines from .bat scripts that Hugo uses in installing other T + Z and which are responsible for the label "Current:"

Installation: unpack the archive, run Install.bat in ExaGear, after that new and not new T + Z auto-installers will appear in the start
