Turnip and Zink (01/17/23)

Shared library (libGL) for Exagear caches with Turnip+Zink from 01/17/23.

Changes:
Code updated.
Added environment variable ZINK_CONTEXT_MODE with options:
threaded - force threaded context selection (default option);
base - force base context selection;
auto - automatically select base or threaded context.

You can try enabling these options if some games freeze on launch on Exagear.
For example, ZINK_CONTEXT_MODE=base allows to run GTA IV, Call of Duty on WineD3D with csmt=1 or csmt=3.

How to install: put libGL.so.1.5.0 in Z:/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu and replace it.

Build of Turnip and Zink (01/17/23) libraries for Exagear caches based on Mesa code.
Not recommended due to instability.

How to install: copy the "usr" folder along the Z:/ path (in the Exagear cache) and agree to replace the files.
