🔥 Ajay prefix v9 hotfix3 for winlator

- user.reg updated and removed timestamp update (bug fixed)
- added install option of fonts and xaudio in the start menu (removed from default prefix)
- updated dxvk 2.4 and older dxvk files, now far Cry 3 playable in dxvk 2.4 as d3d11
- added container fix bat files, necessary for wine 4 and wine 8.0.2 , read help.txt- user.reg
