시작메뉴 - Language 폴더에서 자신이 원하는 국가언어를 선택하면 LC_ALL 유니코드가 변경이 되고 해당 국가언어가 지원되는 파일매니져가 설치된다.

If you select your desired country language from the Start Menu - Language folder, the LC_ALL Unicode will be changed and a file manager will be installed that supports that country language.
