• Modification based on Latest Winlator 5.1 and 3.0 OBB

Winlator 5.1 changelogs isn't listed but as fas as I know Box64 version has been updated.. and in Registry that I saw it seems WoW64 has been implemented (but not sure just my theory)

- Added DirectX Installer, Many DXVK versions, Dsound choices & more.
- Added some Environment Variables
- Media Foundation Fixes is Pre-Installed
